The reinforced build of Craemer’s CR1 Euro pallet: three unwelded runners, three steel reinforcement profiles and Palgrip anti-slip strips across the top deck. The reinforcement is what lifts the racking rating to 1750 kg, which is the figure that matters when pallets go into beam racking rather than block stacks. Craemer publishes the same body in a lighter 16 kg build without reinforcement, rated 5000 kg static and 1000 kg in racking.
